Neha Kapelus is a leader with 15+ years of diverse experience in the FInancial & Professional Services industries, leading financial operations and the financial close process, management reporting, public company corporate reporting, hedge accounting, accounting policy, and IT implementations. She holds the Chartered Professional Accountant and Chartered Business Valuator designations.

CHANDA KUBER

VP Finance
Chanda Kuber is a seasoned Chartered Professional Accountant (CPA,CA) with over 14 years of global experience leading accounting policy under IFRS and U.S. GAAP. She brings deep expertise in financial reporting and regulatory compliance, with meaningful experience supporting ESG-related initiatives. A trusted advisor to executive leadership, Chanda drives disciplined governance, de-risks complex transactions, and delivers clear, reliable financial insights that support strategic decision-making. She also holds a Chartered Accountancy designation from India and a Diploma in IFRS from ACCA (UK). Chanda is currently pursuing a Certificate in Effective Leadership from the University of Toronto.
